Colour : Intense purple and magenta with black hues.

Aroma : This Shiraz has generous aromas of complex vanilla, clove and pepper spice that overlay raspberry and plum fruit.

Palate : The palate is smooth and silky with ripe black cherry and juicy blackberry fruit. The full fruit weight is balanced by rich mocha oak notes that give way to a lingering spice finish. The fine tannin and complex acid profile add to the standout quality of this wine.

Food : Matched perfectly with barbequed or roasted red meat dishes. 

Notes : Premium parcels of fruit from famous regions across Southern Australia to produce a balanced style and flavour profile to this harmonious wine. The cooler climate fruit from select regions adds to the complexity and fruit profile. 

Aging: First stage: 6 months fermentation on French and American oak.Second Stage: Further aging in French oak barrels for 6 months before final blending.
