Tinel-Blondelet family has been dutifully wine growing for more than 400 years in the Loire Valley. 

Domaine Tinel Blondelet stretches over 15 Hectares of wines divided into 3 appellations: Pouilly Fumé, Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire.

Grape Variety : 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Terroir : Flint and Limestone

Age of the vines : 40 years old

Vinification : Traditional vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks

Maturation on fine lees

TASTING:  Bright color, gold and pale-green tints,   Dry and fruity, citrus notes

Serve at 12°C

FOOD PAIRING: Goat cheese such as “crottin de Chavignol”
